Well did i have some trouble over this one.

Software required:

WinSCP

How to fix:

Open WinSCP locate the following directory in your Iphone "/private/var/lib/apt/list"
Backup all of the files found to your PC (incase it dose not work)
Remove all files in that folder. NOTE do not remove the "partial" directory or it's content.

That is it. Your right to go.

Remember use this and any other advice found on this site at your own descression. If it works for you good on you. If it dose not keep looking.
